Who we are

Information we use

When you contact us or book a call, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email, business and project details. Checkout collects your name, email, delivery and billing addresses, selected products, sizes and quantities. We use this information to respond, arrange services, calculate shipping, process payments, fulfill orders, provide support and maintain required business records.

Payments and service providers

Card details are entered through Stripe; our website does not receive your full card number. Zaprite handles Bitcoin invoices. Printful receives the order and delivery information necessary for fulfillment. Vercel hosts the website and processes technical request information for delivery and security. Calendly processes bookings when you follow our scheduling link. These providers may process information outside Québec or Canada, subject to the laws of those locations. Their own policies also apply to their services.

Storage, currency and embedded media

Your browser stores your cart and display-currency preference locally. Session storage may keep a payment verification reference while you complete checkout. Clearing browser storage removes these saved choices and may require you to contact us to verify an order. Currency estimates use daily reference rates fetched by our server; we do not send your order or contact details to the rate provider. A country code supplied by our host, or your browser’s regional preference, may select an initial display currency. You can change it.

YouTube players load when you hover over supported previews or interact with video content. This connects your browser to YouTube and may allow YouTube to use cookies or other storage under its own policy. Links to social networks, payment services and booking tools take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Analytics and choices

We do not currently install a separate visitor analytics or advertising-pixel integration on this website. Hosting and service providers may maintain operational and security logs. If we add optional tracking, we will update this notice and implement the choices required for that use. You can control site storage through your browser. Blocking required payment or security storage may prevent checkout from working.

Retention and security

We retain information for the purposes described above and for applicable accounting, legal, dispute and security needs, then delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed. Retention varies by record type. Access is limited to the people and providers who need it. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion where available, withdrawal of consent, or an eligible copy of computerized information. Contact our privacy contact above; we may need to verify your identity. Some records must be retained despite a request. You may also contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec with a complaint.

Updates

We will update the date on this page when the policy changes and give additional notice or request consent where required. Publishing a policy update does not replace consent where it is needed.
