Website & store terms
Updated September 27, 2026
About these terms
This website and store are operated by Nilli Studio Inc., 3905 rue Préfontaine, Montréal, Québec H1W 2P8, Canada. Contact francis@nillistudio.com. Production services are governed by your agreed proposal or service agreement. The Creator Portal terms apply separately to portal access.
Prices and payment
Each tee costs US$21 before shipping and applicable taxes, for every listed size. CAD, EUR and other currency amounts are estimates based on recent reference exchange rates. Checkout charges are in USD; your payment provider may apply a different conversion rate or fees. For Bitcoin, review the amount and payment instructions on the invoice before sending. Shipping and estimated applicable taxes are shown before payment. Do not send a second payment if verification is delayed; contact us first.
Orders and fulfillment
Check the design, size, quantity and address before paying. Payment confirmation and fulfillment status are distinct: an order may require processing before production. Availability and shipping options are checked during checkout. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, contact us so we can resolve it, including any refund required by applicable law.
See Shipping & returns for delivery, problems, cancellations and return requests. A price estimate in a currency does not mean we ship to that currency’s country.
Use of our work
The site displays work by Nilli Studio and its clients. Intellectual property belongs to its respective owners. Viewing the portfolio does not grant permission to reproduce, resell or reuse that work. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security, or submit information you are not authorized to provide.
Results and external services
Case studies describe particular projects and recorded results. They do not guarantee future views, revenue or channel growth. Linked third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Your rights and changes
These terms are governed by Québec law and applicable federal Canadian law, subject to mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Nothing here excludes a non-waivable right, warranty or remedy. Updates apply prospectively and do not retroactively alter an agreed purchase.
